A Male Nurse by the name Kendrick delivered a pregnant woman in the middle of the road. Kendrick is a product of Community Health Nurses Training School – Akim Oda.
He is currently working at Amartey CHPS in Kwahu District.
From the pictures seen by the Chaels Media team, it appears the pregnant woman accompanied by two women were heading towards the CHPS compound on foot.
Kendrick, who did not have medical items at his disposal helped save the woman and her child’s life through a successful delivery.
This incident confirms the fact that, parts of the country have inadequate health facilities.
