According to the Ghana Police Service, stringent precautions have been implemented to ensure appropriate security for Ghanaians ahead of the 2022 Easter celebrations.
This is stated today in a press statement signed by DCOP Kwesi Ofori, the Director-General of Public Affairs.
“The Police Administration wishes to inform the public that stringent measures have been put in place to provide security coverage across the country for the 2022 Easter Celebrations.”
National Operations, the MTTD, and the Intelligence Directorate, are working to guarantee that all those who travel for the celebrations do so safely.
“All Regional Commands, with support from the National Operations, the MTTD, and the Intelligence Directorate are working to ensure that all events organised in various communities are secured and incident-free.”
