The leading telecommunication network in Ghana, MTN has announced the shutdown of all its service centers across the country. The closure of the service centers will take effect from December 29, 2021 to January 3, 2022.
From MTN Ghana, the nationwide shutdown of their service centers is due to the escalating public health issues.
The telecommunication giant in a media release said; “The closure of the service centers is part of broader measures taken by the business to stem the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic”.
MTN has therefore encouraged its customers to use their digital channels to access all the help they need during the closure period.
Despite the nationwide closure, field teams made up of retail vendors and Momo agents across the country will be operating.
