Sarkodie and Manifest joined hands to teach our leaders the meaning of real independence in a new song.

“Ghana your beloved country is free forever” were the words of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah as he announced the independence of Ghana. However, at 63 years, Ghanaians still miss the words of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah as the country is depending heavily on the western world for basic needs.

Sarkodie in a collaboration with Manifest has dropped a new banger titled “Brown Paper Bag”. Sarkodie started his verse with the line “In the beginning you and I were stuck in the slave ship …” The lines in the song seem to suggest to us as a country that we need to change our ways of doing things if we want to develop.

Enjoy this new track by Sarkodie ft. Manifest and live up to its purpose.
