Jim Iyke is a Nigerian actor who is currently in Ghana to promote and premiere his upcoming movie ‘Bad Comment’.
The movie which is starring Ini Edo, Timaya, Patience Ozokwor among other stars will be premiered on October 2, 2021 at the Silverbird cinemas in Accra.
During an interview with Andy Dosty on Joy FM, the Nollywood actor was asked to comment on a post by Shatta Wale. Shatta Wale posted a picture of Jim Iyke and captioned it, “why is everybody saying I look like Jim Ike..”

During the interview, Andy Dosty asked, “do you think he looks like you?” The multiple award winning actor answered; “…I beg to differ..”. He continued, “…it is most flattering, because Shatta is an awesome musician and I respect him artistically, …, as to whether he looks like me….?
He further added that, “…Shatta doesn’t think I look like him, he is just having a good time. I think Shatta just wakes up in the morning and decides what am I going to do to provoke people’s thoughts? He will go like Jim Iyke looks like me. He is going to wake up tomorrow and say; I want to be President of Ghana…”.
